RETURN POLICY

We DO NOT offer returns or exchanges of our products due to the current COVID- 19 situation. In the unlikely event you receive a damaged or faulty item, you must contact us as soon as the order has been delivered.


REFUNDS

We do not offer refunds to any orders once the order has been placed.


The shipping fees are also non-refundable.


WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please ensure that the shipping address given is correct as it can be lost and cannot be delivered back to us. 


LOST/STOLEN/DAMAGED GOODS

Snack Carton currently ships through Hermes, so once it has been dropped at their drop of service, we are NO LONGER responsible for the packaging.


This is because we no longer have control over your packaging once it has been shipped through Hermes.


Please remember that in an unlikely event of a lost/stolen or damage package, you will also not be refunded.


Please know that by ordering from Snack Carton, you have acknowledged to these regulations and policies.
